"2110-2003" Error Code Fix for Nintendo Switch

1. Introduction

The Nintendo Switch is designed to go wherever you do, transforming from home console to portable system in a snap. So you get more time to play the games you love, however you like.

You may encounter a 2110-2003 error while trying to connect your Switch to a wireless network. This may occur if the Internet settings were set up incorrectly, or if the Nintendo Switch console could not locate the wireless router. Sometimes something as simple as moving your Switch closer to your router may work.

This guide will assist you in resolving this error.

2. Wireless Distance and Interference

Try to decrease the distance between your router and the Nintendo Switch console.

Ensure that the Nintendo Switch console is placed to minimize interference with the router. It is best if the Nintendo Switch console is placed out in the open and that it is not:

• Behind a TV
• Near an aquarium
• Placed in or under a metal object
• Pressed against a large amount of wires and cords
• Within three to four feet of another wireless device, such as a wireless speaker or a wireless access point.

Check for possible sources of interference and turn them off. Interference can be caused by devices, such as:

• Laptops, tablets, etc.
• Wireless headsets
• Wireless printers
• Microwaves
• Wireless speakers
• Cordless phones
• USB 3.0-compatible devices such as hard drives, thumb drives, LAN adapters, etc.

In most cases it will be enough to move these devices three to four feet away from the Nintendo Switch console. However, if you continue to experience this issue, please power these devices off while using the Nintendo Switch console.

3. Restart

1. Hold the Power Button for roughly 3 seconds.

4. Forget and Reconnect Network

1. From your home screen, select System Settings.

1. Return to Internet Settings and select it.
   

1. Your Nintendo Switch will search for your Wi-Fi network.

5. Power cycle your Home Network

To Power Cycle Your Modem and Router:

1. Remove the power cable from both your modem and router.
   

1. Verify all lights are off on the modem and router.
2. Wait 10 seconds.
   

1. Plug in the power to your modem only.
2. Wait for the Online light to turn on stop flashing on your modem.This can take up to three minutes.
