Ghost Call Disposition
Remember, this is only if the guest has not responded to multiple readings of your greeting.
1. State into the recording that you are disconnecting the call because it appears that no one is on the line.
2. Click "Session Info" at the top of the session window and set the Call Reason to "Ghost/Dropped call".
3. Click Done
4. Click Close
5. Go back Available
6. Inform a Supervisor
