• You will need your smartphone or tablet handy to link your security camera to your Google account. 

Your security camera must already be set up

2. Link Vivitar Security Camera

Using the Google Assistant you can change your security camera settings using your voice. This will allow you to change the detection and sensitivity settings of your camera.

1. Activate Google Assistant from your mobile device and say "Talk to Vivitar smart cameras".
   

1. You will be asked to link your Vivitar account to Google. Say or tap Yes.
   

1. You will be presented with a login page. Enter your account information and tap Login.
   

1. You will get a notification that states your Vivitar Smart Home Security account has been linked to Google.
