2. Resolution

Factory Reset

1. Factory reset is achieved by performing a general exclusion.
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Press and hold the Z-Wave button inside the sensor body for 10 seconds
4. If successful, the LED will flash 5 times.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Press the Z-Wave network button on the front of the unit one time and wait for the inclusion process to finish. This may take some time.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Press the Z-Wave network button on the front of the unit one time and wait for the exclusion process to finish. This may take some time.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Triple-click the Z-Wave button inside the sensor body and wait for the process to finish.
3. If successful, the sensor body LED will flash briefly and then stay on for 3 seconds.
4. If unsuccessful, the LED with flash briefly and then turn off. Should this happen, repeat the inclusion process.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Triple-click the Z-Wave button inside the sensor body.
4. If successful, the LED will turn off within 1 second.
5. If unsuccessful, the LED with flash for 5 seconds. Should this happen, repeat the exclusion process.
