How to add and reset Leviton products on Hubitat Elevation hub
2. Resolution
Factory Reset
- Hold the control button for a total of 7 seconds and the locator LED flashes Amber.
- Following the first 7 seconds, the locator LED will flash quickly, alternating between red and amber after 14 seconds.
- Release the top paddle to complete the reset process.
Join the Z-Wave Network
- Enter programming mode by holding the control button for 7 seconds until the locator LED flashes Amber.
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Tap the control button one time and the locator LED will quickly flash green.
- Upon successful inclusion to the Z-Wave network, the LED will turn off and then flash Green 3 times.
- If inclusion fails, the LED will flash Red 3 times.
- Wait for the device to be added into the system, successful pairing will be confirmed by Hubitat Elevationâ„¢
- Watch the status in the device details page to confirm proper operation.
Exclusion the Z-Wave Network
- From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Enter programming mode by holding the control button for 7 seconds until the locator LED flashes Amber.
- Tap the locator button one time and the locator LED will quickly flash green.
- The device will be excluded from the Z-Wave network.

- Tap the top paddle and the Locator LED will quickly flash Green
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
Leaving the Zigbee Network
- From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.
- Hold the top paddle for 14 seconds (after the first 7 seconds the LED will turn Amber).
- The Locator LED will alternate flashing Red and Amber after 14 seconds.
- Release the top paddle to complete the factory reset.
