2. Resolution

Factory Reset

  1. Access the installation settings by going to the main menu and selecting the gear icon.
  2. You will see “IS” on the screen and will be prompted to select “yes” or “no”.
  3. Select “yes” to access the installation settings.
  4. Rotate the knob to view settings and press the knob to confirm.
  5. Once in the installer settings, rotate the knob to 99.
  6. Press the knob to confirm, then press and hold the knob for 3 seconds.

Join the Zigbee Network

  1. Perform a factory reset.
  2. KONOz is now ready to be configured for your heating and cooling system. The KONOz will guide you through the initial system configuration.
  3. After confirming your system settings, KONOz will ask if you would like to connect to a Smart Hub. Select “SET” to establish a connection.
  4. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.

Leaving the Zigbee Network

  1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
  2. Perform a factory reset.
