2. Resolution

Factory Reset

1. A simultaneous long press (1 second) on O and â€“ will perform this factory reset.
2. The LED will flash red and green to validate the reset.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Simultaneously push on the solid circle and the + for 1 second.
3. The LED glows in pink to confirm the selection
4. Push on the solid circle within 10 seconds.
5. The LED flashes in pink to confirm your choice and then flashes in green to confirm the procedure.
6. The device will be detected and included in the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Simultaneously push on the solid circle and the + for 1 second.
4. The LED glows in pink to confirm the selection
5. Push on the solid circle within 10 seconds.
6. The LED flashes in pink to confirm your choice and then flashes in green to confirm the procedure
7. The device will be excluded from the Z-Wave network.
