How to add and reset SAGE products on Hubitat Elevation hub

 

2. Resolution

Factory Reset

  1. Remove the plastic cover and the battery.
  2. Press and hold the tiny RESET button (next to where the wires attach to the circuit board) while you reinstall the battery.
  3. Continue holding RESET until the Red LED flashes.

Join the Zigbee Network

  1. Remove the plastic cover and the battery.
  2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
  3. Press and hold the tiny RESET button (next to where the wires attach to the circuit board) while you reinstall the battery.
  4. Continue holding RESET until the Red LED flashes.
  5. If the device is not discovered by Hubitat Elevationâ„¢, then move the device closer to the hub and try again. It should now be discovered by the hub.

Leaving the Zigbee Network

  1. Remove the plastic cover and the battery.
  2. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.
  3. Press and hold the tiny RESET button (next to where the wires attach to the circuit board) while you reinstall the battery.
  4. Continue holding RESET until the Red LED flashes.

  2. Press and hold the rocker switch in the ON position as you reinstall the battery.
  3. Continue to hold the switch in the ON position until the Red LED flashes.
