How to add and reset Sensative products on Hubitat Elevation hub
2. Resolution
Factory Reset
- Move magnet all the way to the rounded edge, You should see 1 short LED flash.
- Move magnet towards center 2 times. You should see 2 LED flashes.
- On the last pass, leave at rounded edge for 10 seconds.
- If successful, you should see 1 long LED flash.
- If you do not see any flashes, then the reset process was not completed successfully.
Join the Z-Wave Network
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Keep Strips close to its intended location during the add process.
- Remove both magnets. 1 long flash confirms proper inclusion to the Z-Wave network.
- Move the squared magnet away from the squared end and watch the status in the Hubitat Elevationâ„¢ device details to ensure proper functionality.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
- From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Remove both magnets. 1 long flash confirms proper exclusion to the Z-Wave network.

- Move the Magnet towards the rounded edge until you see 2 LED flashes.
- Move magnet between logo and rounded edge slowly 2 times.
- Remove the magnet. If you see 1 LED flash, inclusion to the Z-wave network was successful.
- If you see 5 short LED flashes, then inclusion has failed and you should perform a factory reset, then repeat the inclusion process.
