How to add and reset Sensative products on Hubitat Elevation hub

 

2. Resolution

Factory Reset

  1. Move magnet all the way to the rounded edge, You should see 1 short LED flash.
  2. Move magnet towards center 2 times. You should see 2 LED flashes.
  3. On the last pass, leave at rounded edge for 10 seconds.
  4. If successful, you should see 1 long LED flash.
  5. If you do not see any flashes, then the reset process was not completed successfully.

Join the Z-Wave Network

  1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
  2. Keep Strips close to its intended location during the add process.
  3. Remove both magnets. 1 long flash confirms proper inclusion to the Z-Wave network.
  4. Move the squared magnet away from the squared end and watch the status in the Hubitat Elevationâ„¢ device details to ensure proper functionality.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

  1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
  2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
  3. Remove both magnets. 1 long flash confirms proper exclusion to the Z-Wave network.

  2. Move the Magnet towards the rounded edge until you see 2 LED flashes.
  3. Move magnet between logo and rounded edge slowly 2 times.
  4. Remove the magnet. If you see 1 LED flash, inclusion to the Z-wave network was successful.
  5. If you see 5 short LED flashes, then inclusion has failed and you should perform a factory reset, then repeat the inclusion process.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

  1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
  2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
  3. Move the magnet towards the rounded edge until 1 LED flashes.
  4. Move magnet between logo and rounded edge slowly 2 times.
  5. Remove the magnet. If you see 1 LED flash, it indicates sucessful exclusion from the Z-Wave network.
  6. If you see 5 short LED flashes, then exclusion has failed and you should perform a factory reset, then repeat the exclusion process.
