How to add and reset Sunricher products on Hubitat Elevation hub

 

2. Resolution

Factory Reset

  1. Hold down the two top buttons until the LED lights up solid.
  2. Immiediatley press the second button from the top, on the left side of the controller 5 times.
  3. The LED will flash 3 times to indicate a sucessful reset of the device.

Join the Zigbee Network

  1. Hold down the two top buttons until the LED lights up solid.
  2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
  3. Press the second button from the top, on the rightside of the controller

Leaving the Zigbee Network

  1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.
  2. Hold down the two top buttons until the LED lights up solid.
  3. Immiediatley press the second button from the top, on the left side of the controller 5 times.
  4. The LED will flash 3 times to indicate a sucessful reset of the device.

Factory Reset

  1. Apply power to the device to start TouchLink Commissioning. You have 180 seconds before timeout. Repeat the operation if you exceed the timeout period.
  2. Bring the remote or touch panel within 10 cm of the device.
  3. Set the remote or touch panel into the Touch Reset procedure to reset the device, please refer to the corresponding remote or touch panel manual to learn how.
  4. There will be an indication on the remote and a connected light will flash 3 times to indicate a successful reset.

Join the Zigbee Network

  1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
  2. Apply power to the device to set it into network pairing mode.
  3. A connected light will flash twice slowly. You have 15 seconds before timeout. Repeat the operation if you exceed the timeout period.
  4. A connected light will flash 5 times and then stay ON solid.

Leaving the Zigbee Network

  1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.
  2. Perform a factory reset using the above procedure.
