Factory Reset

  1. To do a full factory reset, which will delete all your configuration settings and your network connectivity, you need to remove the device from the wall and press the CONFIG button 20 times.
  2. Performing a Factory Reset will reset your ZEN's HVAC-system configuration and all of your preferences and advanced settings changes. If you do a Factory Reset, make sure that you set your configuration code and preferences back to their correct values before replacing the display on the wall. 

Join the Zigbee Network

  1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Zigbee on the Device Discovery page to start device discovery.
  2. Pull the ZEN display off the wall and press the Network button on the rear of the display 5 times.
  3. You should see the network icon flashing on the front of the display indicating that your ZEN thermostat is attempting to connect to a network.
  4. The thermostat will indicate it is connected to Hubitat Elevationâ„¢ by a Network icon on the front of the device.
  5. If the network icon is flashing, the ZEN is trying to find your network. The network icon will be solid when you are connected to your Zigbee network.

Leaving the Zigbee Network

  1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove.
  2. Pull the ZEN display off the wall and press the Network button on the rear of the display 10 times.
  3. The Network icon will turn OFF when the thermostat disconnects from the Zigbee network.
