2. Resolution
Factory Reset
- Turn on the connected lighting with the rocker.
- Quickly tap on the top of the rocker 3 times.
- Now quickly tap on the bottom of the rocker 3 times.
- When reset is successful, the light will turn off and on again.
Join the Z-Wave Network
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Press the rocker switch once to include the device in the Z-Wave network.
- If inclusion fails, perform a factory reset, then try to include the device in the Z-Wave network again.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Press the rocker switch once to exclude the device from the Z-Wave network.
- If exclusion fails, perform a factory reset.
