How to add and reset ZWP products on Hubitat Elevation hub

 

2. Resolution

Factory Reset

  1. Turn on the connected lighting with the rocker.
  2. Quickly tap on the top of the rocker 3 times.
  3. Now quickly tap on the bottom of the rocker 3 times.
  4. When reset is successful, the light will turn off and on again.

Join the Z-Wave Network

  1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
  2. Press the rocker switch once to include the device in the Z-Wave network.
  3. If inclusion fails, perform a factory reset, then try to include the device in the Z-Wave network again.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

  1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
  2. Press the rocker switch once to exclude the device from the Z-Wave network.
  3. If exclusion fails, perform a factory reset.
