Before We Begin:

Have the Lifx app installed on your smartphone or tablet

Launch How to Install the App for Your Lifx Smart Lights

Have your Lifx system setup with at least one light installed

2. Add Lifx

1. Open Google Home.
   

1. Select Accounts at the bottom.
   

1. Select Set up or add.
   

1. Select Set up device.
   

1. Select Works with Google.
   

1. Scroll through the list, and select LIFX.
   

1. Fill in your Email, and Password for your Philips Hue account, then select Sign in.
   

1. Lifx will ask if you trust Google to control your lights. Select Authorize.
   

1. After a few moments, Google will be able to control your lights. This includes from your smartphone, and your various Google Home speakers.
