Here's how to adjust the size, color, and other screen elements in Windows 10.
Below the Make everything bigger section, click the link for Change the size of apps and text on other displays. This takes you to the Display settings screen. Scroll down to the section for Scale and layout, where you can change the display resolution. Choosing a smaller resolution will increase the size of text and windows. However, screens are often optimized for a specific resolution, so changing it could create side effects such as blurry text. You can certainly play with different resolutions, but usually you're better off using the settings in Ease of Access to customize the size of text and windows.
