Here's how to adjust the size, color, and other screen elements in Windows 10.
To tweak your overall display, go to Settings > Ease of Access
Return to the Ease of Access screen and select the setting for Mouse pointer. Here, you can change the size and other attributes of the mouse pointer. Drag the slider to increase or decrease the size of the pointer. Under Change pointer color, select any of the first four options to modify the color. The first option displays the pointer in white with a black border. The second option displays it in black with a white border. The third applies a pointer that changes between black and white, depending on the background color. The fourth serves up a palette of different colors for you to choose the color you prefer.
