How to Factory Reset a Withings Go Fitness Tracker

1. Introduction

If your Withings Go device is unresponsive or you want to give it to someone else, you can reset it to factory defaults.

2. Factory Reset

A factory reset will restore your Withings Go to its out of box state. All data stored on the Withings Go will be lost in a factory reset.

To perform a factory reset, follow the instructions below:

1. Press and hold the screen for 25 seconds.
   

1. A circular pattern will show up on the edge of the screen.
   

1. You can then stop pressing the screen. The middle of the screen will now show a star.
   

1. After that, press and release the screen 5 times.
   

1. Every time you press it a new group of three lines will show up around the star in the middle.
   

1. And after the fifth time the screen will show the following pattern.
   

1. The following screen will display after a few seconds.

   Once this is done, the Withings Go is reset to factory settings and can be reconfigured.
