1. Introduction: Wink Hub 2: Factory Reset

If you've purchased a Wink Hub 2 second-hand, are selling your Wink Hub 2, or otherwise want to start over with the device, resetting it to the factory defaults is the way to go.

This guide will walk you through the process.

2. Wink Hub 2: Factory Reset

1. With the Wink Home Hub 2 powered on, push a straightened paperclip into the reset hole at the bottom.
   

1. Hold the reset switch for 30 seconds.
   

1. With the reset switch still held in, pull the power cable out.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. With the reset switch still held in, plug the power cable back in.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Release the reset switch.

Before you can use your Wink Home Hub 2 again, you will have to set it back up from the beginning, again.
