How to Fix if Computer Cannot Recognize Ankerwork PowerCast M300 Microphone
If your PowerCast M300 microphone cannot be recognized by your computer, please try these steps:
1. Restart your computer.
2. Make sure to set PowerCast M300 as the default audio device on your computer.
Windows:
- Right-click the volume icon in the lower right corner of the desktop.
- Select "Open Sound Settings."
- Select PowerCast M300 for "Input."
macOS:
- Click "System Preferences" in the top left corner of the desktop.
- Choose an audio output device.
- Select PowerCast M300 for "Input."
3. Unplug all other audio devices on the computer except the microphone.
