How to Fix Issues on FluxSmart Bluetooth Light Strip

1. Unable to Pair Device
Verify you Have a Compatible DeviceFluxSmart Bluetooth smart lights require that your device has a Bluetooth 4.0 compatible device. If your device does not support Bluetooth 4.0 you will not be able to connect to the device.
Other Paired Devices
You can only control your Flux Bluetooth light to 1 device at a time. Make sure your device is not being controlled actively to another device.
2. Unable to add device to a group
Group LimitationsYou can have up to five devices to a group. You will need to either remove other devices from the group or place the device in another group.
Device Compatibility
Because there are different generations of this device and their features are not the same, you can not group different generations of devices together.

To continue, we need to know what Operating System your smartphone or tablet has.
There are 2 main Operating Systems for smartphones currently available, Android and iOS.

5. Restart the Android Device
Hold down the power button on your Android device. Depending on the manufacturer and model of Android device you have, the location of the power button will vary.
A prompt will appear on-screen. Select Restart.
If the menu does not pop up, continue to hold the power button, and your Android device will shut off.
If you had to shut down your Android device, wait 30 seconds before turning your device back on.
6. Launch Flux Bluetooth App
Open the Flux Bluetooth app from the home screen.
7. Restart Your iPhone to Clear Memory
Hold down the lock/power button.
Slide to power off when prompted.
Wait until the phone is off.
Hold down the lock/power button until you see the Apple logo.
