How to Fix when No Insteon Devices found when Adding Insteon Hub to Amazon Echo
You may occasionally encounter a message informing you that Amazon Echo couldn't find any supported devices in your Insteon Hub account. There are several reasons why this might occur.
Step 1
Ensure that your Insteon Skill is enabled in the Amazon Alexa app (instructions on linking your Insteon account can be found here)
Step 2
Tell your Amazon Echo to “Discover Devices†and wait for the process to complete. Alexa will then tell you whether or not it was able to find your devices. If your devices are still not able to be found, please re-link the Insteon Skill.
