2. Resolution

1.Enable Location Services.iOS Location Settings

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to and select Privacy.
  3. Tap Location Services.
  4. Switch Location Services to On.
  5. On the same page, scroll down to and select Tile.
  6. Set Location Services for the Tile app to Always. Location services must be set to "Always" for your Tile features to work accurately.

Andriod Location Settings

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Tap Location, Location services, or Location access (varies by device).
  3. Set Location Services for the Tile app to Allow all the time.
  4. Toggle on Use precise location.
    Note: Each Android device may vary -- like Samsung vs Nexus -- so if you're unable to find your Location Services settings, see your phone's manual or support site.)
