How to Rename a FluxSmart WiFi Smart Light

1. Introduction

SmartFlux WiFi bulbs have a default name that can be hard to distinguish if you have multiple bulbs in your home. You can change the default name of the bulb to make it easier to identify.

Before You Begin:

Your light bulb must be installed and set up.

You must have the Flux WiFi Pro app installed.

2. Rename Your FluxSmart Wi-Fi Bulb

1. Open the Flux WiFi Pro app.
   

1. Locate the device you wish to rename. Press and hold (long press) the device's current name in the list.
   

1. A menu will appear. Select Rename.
   

1. Enter a new name for the selected device, then tap Confirm.
