How to Reset an Under Armour UA Band Fitness Tracker

1. Introduction

If your Under Armour Band is unresponsive or you want to give it to someone else, you can reset it to factory defaults.

2. Factory Reset

A factory reset will restore your UA Band to it's out-of-box state. All data stored on the UA Band will be lost in a factory reset.

To perform a factory reset, follow the instructions below:

1. On the main screen, tap on downward pointing arrow.
2. Tap on the cog wheel.
3. Then tap on the downward pointing arrow and tap on the circling arrow.
4. Swipe to read the warning, and at the end of the details, tap on rightward pointing arrow.
5. When asked to confirm, tap on the checkmark.
