How to Reset Point Mode calibration for Sevenhugs Smart Remote X
2. Resolution
You need to reset Point Mode calibration if you are in one of the following cases:
- Point Mode is not working reliably
- You have performed a hardware reset of your Smart Remote
- You changed the location of at least one of your Room Sensors
- You changed the location of your Charging Base
- You performed a hardware reset of your Room Sensors or Charging Base
Smart Remote has lost connection with Room Sensors and/or Charging BaseYou replaced at least one of your Room Sensors
Your replaced your Charging BaseYou did and erase all of your Smart Remote
In that case
- Go to swipe mode by swiping down on the top of Smart Remote, you shouldn’t have any arrow on the top of the screen anymore
- Go to the Settings menu by swiping left on the top of the Smart Remote screen
- Select "Point Modeâ€
- Select “Calibration resetâ€
- Follow instructions on Smart Remote
After resetting calibration you'll need to relocate your items.
