When updating Smart Remote to the latest firmware you may encounter the error code "error 550". In that case, please try the steps below:

Launch How to turn on/off Sevenhugs Smart Remote
Clicking this shortcut will mark this step as "Completed," and if you complete the next Guided Path, this Guided Path will be completed automatically
and try again (you may need to try this up to 5 times)
If this does not help, connect your Smart Remote to a hotspot created with your phone and try again

3. What's Next

If Smart Remote still can not update, please assist the customer to contact OEM at support@sevenhugs.com with the Serial Number of the Smart Remote.
