Bear in mind that the portable case does not need to be plugged in to charge your earbuds as it also functions as a battery bank. A fully charged portable case can recharge your earbuds up to 15 times before needing to be recharged itself. You can get the built in battery bank back up to full capacity by plugging the included charger into the portable case as shown below:
