The side brushes need to be installed before charging. Have the Guest flip the robot over and look for the side brush posts:
The charging dock has to be set up in such a way that the robot can both find it and recognize it:

The robot needs to be fully charged in between uses. The robot must have its power switch flipped to ON in order to charge:
After the cleaning cycle is complete OR if the robot is running low on battery it will search for the charging dock. If the robot does not return to the dock then it is out of juice and must be manually returned there. The Guest must ensure that the contacts on the bot match the contacts on the dock.

The Guest can use the Sharkclean app to set up cleaning schedules and voice controls:
Your best bet here is to offer the protection plan
Make sure the guest has all the cables, cases, accessories, and necessary equipment to get the most out of their purchase!
