First, make sure everything is in the box:
First, have the Guest ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on their peripheral device. Then, have them connect the headset to a power source and power it on:
Once the headset powers on for the first time it will automatically search for a connection. Have the Guest select the headset:
Finally, have the Guest test the connection by playing media.
Your best bet is to advise Guest of protection plans/Spare USB cables available at Target
Make sure the guest has all the cables, cases, accessories, and necessary equipment to get the most out of their purchase!
Remind the guest that with Target Red Card they save 5% and get an additional 30 days to return their product.
REMEMBER: IT'S NOT SELLING, IT'S JUST TELLING
Ensure Guest has the volume turned up on both the headset and the peripheral device
Connect the headset to a power source and try agai
Ensure that the headset is within 30 feet of the device with few or no obstructions
Forget the connection on the peripheral device and reboot both the headset and peripheral device then try a manual connection if the headset doesn't automatically search for a connection:
If all else fails, factory reset the headset and set up the connection again:
