Ensure that everything came in the box:
First, have the Guest plug the headphones into a USB port or USB charger ti ensure they have enough charge to connect:
Next, have the Guest ensure their peripheral device has Bluetooth enabled. Then, have the Guest turn the headset on - the headphones will automatically enter pairing mode:
If connection fails, follow normal Bluetooth troubleshooting steps, i.e. reset everything, try to connect again
Your best bet is to advise Guest of protection plans/Spare USB cables available at Target
Make sure the guest has all the cables, cases, accessories, and necessary equipment to get the most out of their purchase!
Remind the guest that with Target Red Card they save 5% and get an additional 30 days to return their product.
