First, have the Guest charge the headset:
Bluetooth connection can be made while the headset is charging:
The Guest must press and hold the power on button for 2 seconds - the headset will automatically begin searching for a device to connect with. Then the Guest selects the headset from the list of available Bluetooth devices
Your best bet is to advise Guest of protection plans/Spare USB cables available at Target
Make sure the guest has all the cables, cases, accessories, and necessary equipment to get the most out of their purchase!
Remind the guest that with Target Red Card they save 5% and get an additional 30 days to return their product.

If Guest can't connect to Bluetooth with this headset, have them forget the headset on their device then restart i.
Then, have the Guest manually place the headset into pairing mode by powering it off then pressing and holding the power on button for 5 seconds:
