- Leave a message for the guest indicating:
- That we tried to call
- That we will try to call back at a later time
- And provide our phone number and hours of operation
- Please check the appropriate attempt made check box on Target Callback Queue entry and submit it.
- Disposition this session using the following guidelines
- Customer Data:
- Enter the info from the Target Callback Queue Entry that prompted this attempt.
- Session Properties:
- Call Direction: Outbound
- Notes: "Callback request #X - Guest not home"
- Leave the rest blank/as is
Don't forget to mark steps complete as you go through GPs.
