  1. Leave a message for the guest indicating:
  2. That we tried to call
  3. That we will try to call back at a later time
  4. And provide our phone number and hours of operation

  5. Please check the appropriate attempt made check box on Target Callback Queue entry and submit it.

  6. Disposition this session using the following guidelines
  7. Customer Data:
  8. Enter the info from the Target Callback Queue Entry that prompted this attempt.
  9. Session Properties:
  10. Call Direction: Outbound
  11. Notes: "Callback request #X - Guest not home"
  12. Leave the rest blank/as is
