When trying to join in on a meeting, you may be asking why you suddenly can't connect to get audio with your telephone. It's possible that you've dialed in many times before on your mobile phone or land line, but this time it isn't working. Reviewing some settings in the desktop app, web app, or phone app will often get the problem solved in minutes. Additionally, a meeting organizer can ensure that "Phone mode" is turned on if multiple people are reporting the issue. This guide will go cover everything you need as an attendee or organizer to get connected on GoToMeeting via phone.
GoToMeeting has a handful of modes you can switch between in the event you are having issues connecting with the current method. If dialing in via phone to your meeting isn't working or GoToMeeting isn't calling you, then "phone mode" may not be enabled.

For best results, use headphones when trying to Phone in through the app.

The organizer has control over which modes will be available for those dialing in. The reason you can't dial in could be that the meeting organizer has enabled VoIP only in the meeting options.

If you still can't connect to the session via phone, the issue could be related to your telephone service provider. If you need to get on the meeting right away, try using another phone or switch to Internet audio in the app.
